We are community based organization (CBO) formed in 2017, nonprofit making operating women and men small scale farmer’s groups aimed at building the capacities of it members to articulate and address pertinent social-economic development issues which affects them such as Extreme Hunger, Poverty, Reducing Illiteracy Rate, Gender Based Violence, Health Issues among others. .
NUFOBO has mobilized, built capacities equipped and empowered women, men, youth and PLWDs at different level of structures with knowledge and skills in different areas of life such as food security, income security, capacity building among others. Currently NUFOBO is operating in Northern Uganda

We are community based organization committed to creating empowered members to become productive and self dependent people through:
Enhancing their productivity levels, Building their ability to identify and demand for the services. Patterning by skilling and linking them to other service providers for comprehensive service provision
Strengthening livelihood through Agricultural Production, Environment Conservation,Gender And Women Empowerment Through Education( Function Adult Literacy), Promoting Village Savings And Loans Association (VSLA), Land Advocacy Programs And Peace Building And Recovery
• Christian love. Love forms the basis of all we do. 1 Corinthians 16:14 we encourage love and sharing among one another inorder to shine everyday.
• Unity NUFOBO believes in working in unity where we unite under a shared pursue and vision fostering team work and collaboration appreciating contributions of everyone.
• Honesty: Our work is demonstrated by transparency and trust we exhibit. this has enabled us developed attributes of despline and moral integrity in our work.
• Hard work: we are driven by dedication and self-discipline in order to accomplish and achieve our goals.
• Resilience: NUFOBO is driven by ability to thrive even amidst challenges through cultivating a supportive work culture that enables its employees and beneficiaries remain committed to adopting change and uncertainity and still remain productive and mentally well.
We work with vulnerable women, men, youth who are illiterate, disabled, affected by health issue and living in conflict affected communities.
The beneficiaries of our programmed are chosen based on their vulnerability.
Supports households to peacefully co-exists, where they have access to inclusive education and life skills.
Where they are empowered to generate income to meet their basic needs (food, health care, shelter), while sustainably conserving the environment, here they will develop resilience, become productive and enjoy equal dignity and wellbeing.
